Our refunds policy for online orders lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your online purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
If you have paid in advance for services that cannot take place as agreed due to Rediscover Nature staff illness or absence, we would normally offer an alternative completion date for the work in the first instance, where practicable. For example, an event date could be postponed for a week or two as appropriate.
Where an alternative completion date cannot be arranged, we would offer a refund for the services that cannot be completed. Please note that this may not constitute a complete refund for the project, if some services can still be completed as arranged.
If you contact us to request a refund for an online order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your request. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
